Your Responsibilities

  • Review content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
  • Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies
  • Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client's operation
  • Review, classify, and eliminate highly sensitive content according to client parameters
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
  • Participate in continuous training programs for optimal development in the role
  • Provide trends and insights to develop improvements to overall processes and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements

We're Looking for

  • Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location
  • Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material
  • Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows operating systems and ability to use multiple windows and/or programs at the same time
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and high school graduate or GED equivalent (proof required)
  • Predictable and reliable attendance, with 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with organization and work prioritization skills
