As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and responsive customer communication, including warm outreach calls/emails to check on camera installations and usage, as well as inbound support to answer queries and resolve installation or operational issues.
  • Share updates on new products and services to help customers maximize value and resolve issues swiftly, troubleshooting directly or escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Ensure installation completion through follow-up reminders and assistance, maintaining up-to-date documentation and addressing customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer service or support, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving, data entry, and communication abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week on Eastern Standard Time (EST), with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Job Details
