Job Summary

• Providing advice and support to Residents and their families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments according to care plans
• Documenting Resident care services accurately and thoroughly in Resident and department records
• Adhering to infection-control policies and protocols to protect Residents and staff
• Resolving Resident problems and needs by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members
• Assuring quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies and standards of care
• Maintaining Resident confidence by handling information with confidentiality

Requirements

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with Residents, families, and team members
• Friendly demeanor and strong team player attitude
