Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with partner clients, driving conversion rates, and elevating customer satisfaction levels. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-moving, winning team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner clients, ensuring high NPS ratings and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize conversion rates and maximize program usage
  • Efficiently onboard new customers, providing training and support to ensure a seamless experience
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics, generating regular reports to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive client success initiatives and address client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and corporate benefits programs (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven approach
