Job Title: Manager, Design Services - Remote Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and driven leader to join our team as a Manager, Design Services. In this role, you will lead a team of virtual design sales experts who work with clients to create a home they love, tailored to their unique budget, style, and space. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of virtual design sales experts to meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets
• Provide expert guidance on interior design processes, including evaluating moodboards, customizations, and negotiations with providers
• Own and improve design team structure, processes, and tooling to ensure success
• Respond to escalated customer requests, inquiries, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to address and resolve employee issues
• Establish new workflows, pilot new software/tools, and build agile processes from scratch
• Build strong relationships with our supplier and cross-functional partners
• Partner with the Design Services business and strategy team to manage team effectiveness and quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 3+ years of sales experience (ideally in a design-related environment)
• 3+ years of previous management experience
• Experience with Salesforce and design tools (AutoCad/Revit/other) is preferred
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a virtual distributed team
• Passion for exceptional customer care and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills
