Job Description

In this remote role, you will be responsible for assessing benefits and member needs, applying clinical guidelines and standardized case management plans, and collaborating with supervisors, Medical Directors, and other programs to overcome barriers and achieve goals. You will utilize influencing and motivational interviewing skills to engage members and promote lifestyle and behavior changes, providing coaching, information, and support to empower members to make independent medical and healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities
