Pouching Assistant - 12 Hour Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pouching Assistant to work on our 12 hour night shift, Monday through Thursday, with a competitive salary of $18.17/hr + $2/hr shift differential.

In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to balance your time between our office in Hickory, NC, and remote work. As a Pouching Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products, working closely with our Shift Supervisor and other team members to drive success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing orders to ensure accurate production
• Verifying sealers and maintaining rolls of strip
• Completing accurate recordings and performing quality control inspections
• Making minor adjustments to equipment and troubleshooting issues
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read, write, and measure accurately
• Ability to regularly use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, and controls
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear for long periods, with frequent sitting and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
