Creative Designer

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary AI creative designer who can concept, build, and render cinematic storytelling using tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, and Runway’s Veo 3.

This is not a traditional designer role — we’re building full worlds: from festival pitch decks to luxury product launches to visual brand storytelling for high-end cultural experiences. You’ll help us world-build, art direct, and visually narrate campaigns across live events, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle.

You must have strong taste, an editorial lens, and fluency in using generative AI tools not just to produce, but to craft experiences that feel cinematic, intelligent, and culturally relevant.

Core Responsibilities

• Use MidJourney v6 to generate editorial-level images, campaign scenes, product mockups, and moodboards
• Collaborate with ChatGPT (and prompts we provide) to build visual storytelling frameworks and slide flows
• Direct cinematic scenes and short videos using Runway Veo V3 for brand sizzles, trailers, and hype reels
• Translate rough creative briefs into high-end pitch decks and visual narratives (e.g., festival, hotel, chef-led experiences, etc.)
• Build immersive visuals across categories like festivals, fashion, food, architecture, and branded experiences
• Maintain a unified tone of luxury + cultural edge (think: Kith meets Margiela meets Coachella)

Requirements

• Proven fluency with MidJourney and prompt crafting (show portfolio)
• Experience with Runway ML / Veo, Adobe Premiere, or motion AI tools
• Strong visual taste + storytelling skills (editorial, campaign, or experiential work preferred)
• Ability to operate with creative autonomy — take abstract ideas and bring them to life without handholding
• Understands brand tone, emotion, and pacing across static and motion design

Bonus: experience with Notion, Figma, Google Slides (for integrating visuals into decks)

• Adobe Creative Suite or Figma (layout, refinement, animation polish)

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace:
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
