About The Role

We are looking for a result-driven and motivated Senior Sales Associate who will be a major contributor to our fast-growing APAC business.

Based in Hong Kong, our Senior Sales Associate will help unlock the large, untapped market potential for us. You will be part of a dynamic team of talented revenue professionals committed to delivering disruptive research insights to the leading equity investors. You will be responsible for;

  • Managing the end to end sales cycle from prospect identification to discovery to negotiation and deal closure 
  • Identifying high-probability prospect accounts and key personnel within these accounts to target
  • Running a strong outreach cadence in order to generate interest and opportunities
  • Managing a number of opportunities concurrently whilst ensuring pipeline coverage remains strong
  • Closing deals in order to hit revenue targets

You Are Likely To Succeed If You

  • You are a passionate sales professional and have 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • You have professional fluency in Chinese and English.
  • You demonstrate experience and have a clear understanding of the MEDDICC sales process.
  • You thrive in a high-functioning environment where operational excellence is at the heart of the team’s work. 
  • Have a "can-do" attitude where you set your mind on an objective and adopt a “figure-it-out” approach. 
  • You are fearless in attempting new problem-solving approaches.
  • You instinctively assume ownership of tasks and are committed to making things happen. 
  • You find positive aspects of seemingly negative or unfamiliar situations.
  • You are inherently supportive of team members in the face of adversity.
  • You are constantly seeking out areas of self-improvement and are persistent in the face of difficult challenges.
