Sales Development Representative

Job Highlights: Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid break), 40 hrs per week Client Timezone:U.S. Central Time Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their team as aCold Caller / Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and/or appointment setting, confidence on the phone, and a proven ability to drive results through outbound outreach. Experience in B2B sales is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to leads on a daily basis
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or close deals
Handle objections and rejection professionally and confidently
Maintain accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or appointment setting
- Cold calling experience isrequired
- Fluent in English (American or neutral accent preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, comfortable, and natural on the phone
- Resilient and results-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy and organized, with basic CRM proficiency
- Quiet home work environment and reliable internet connection
- Available to work full-time during U.S. Central Time hours
- B2B sales experience is a strong advantage
