You are passionate about renewals and value our customers and their success. You are motivated to win and see others win in a quota driven environment. You are comfortable managing a large volume of accounts and can stay organized. You are articulate, inquisitive, collaborative, and analytical.  You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You look for opportunities to streamline processes and strive for efficiency. You enjoy working closely with your peers cross-functionally.

What you get to do every day:

• Oversee the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in Salesforce
   

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their renewals, addressing questions and provide assistance throughout the process
   

• Work closely with the sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions and fulfill customer needs
   

• Maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services
   

• Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth 
   

What you bring to the role:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Renewals, Procurement or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS organization  
   

• Background in sales, business development is a plus
   

• A consistent track record of achieving personal goals 
   

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
   

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
   

• This is a hybrid position (2 days a week) in the Reforma area of Mexico City where you’ll get to collaborate with our other team members
   

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
