Alliance Director, Workday Practice | USA

The Alliance Director-Workday Practice will be responsible for driving growth through their Workday partnership, acting as the primary point of contact for Workday AEs and field teams. They will strategically align Deel's services with Workday’s ecosystem to accelerate global payroll and workforce expansion.
Requirements
- Direct experience working within or alongside the Workday ecosystem
- 5+ years in alliances, channel management, enterprise sales, or partner-facing roles
- Strong understanding of HCM, global payroll, EOR, or related Workday partner offerings
- Proven success influencing indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to map solutions to business outcomes
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partnership reporting
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
