JOB SUMMARY

As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll be a key player on our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team, the engine that drives our growth on NZXT.com. Your mission is to help us execute data-driven marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and retain fellow PC gamers. You won’t just be running ads; you’ll be helping us grow the NZXT community the right way—with authenticity, transparency, and a deep respect for the players we serve. This is a role with a massive opportunity to master the entire growth marketing playbook at a leading brand in PC gaming.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Calendar Ops: Own the DTC and growth calendar, traffic dates and dependencies, maintain a single source of truth, run weekly status.
  • Paid Social Management: Own go-to-market, campaign execution, and performance across paid social channels.
  • Creator & Influencer Marketing: Source, outreach, seed, brief, track deliverables, collect assets, manage contracts and product returns, ensure brand safety and performance.
  • Affiliate Support: Work with agency partners and publishers to help grow the channel and identify opportunities for program growth.  
  • Reporting and Insights: Weekly creative tests and readouts; monthly roll-up on CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, cost per view, content velocity, and repurpose rate; maintain a library of winning hooks and formats.
  • Cross-Functional and Agency Coordination: Partner with Paid, Email/SMS, Web, Merch, and Creative agencies to brainstorm and test new opportunities, ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that speak authentically to the PC gaming community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in social marketing, creator marketing or growth marketing roles.
  • Social-native skills: short-form editing, caption writing, platform mechanics for Meta, TikTok, and Shorts.
  • Strong project management: calendars, checklists, trafficking, clear communication.
  • Data literacy: spreadsheets and dashboards; you understand CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR.
  • Familiar with ecommerce launches and how site updates align to campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset and a love for data; you’re comfortable in spreadsheets and eager to learn how to use analytics to drive decisions.
  • A highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.
  • A deep, genuine passion for PC gaming. You’ve built a PC, you follow the industry, and you love the game.

The Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.
  • AI knowledge: be up to speed to the changing landscape and be able to identify tools and methods to integrate into modern workflows.

COMPENSATION

The estimated base range for this role is: $90,000-$110,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of their compensation package.
