Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative with a strong background in the manufacturing or construction industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing territories, developing new business, and expanding market share. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands industrial or construction products and services, and builds lasting client relationships. This position starts as hybrid for training then becomes mostly remote.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to expand the company’s footprint.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., estimating, engineering, operations) to deliver accurate proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to company leadership.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product and service offerings, pricing, and value proposition.
