Talent Acquisition Partner [Temp]
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a central role in our global team, and help to maintain our unique culture and values in a temporary role for 6 months.
As part of the Global Talent team, you’ll be fully responsible for owning and executing mid to senior-level roles across Lemonade functional teams. You’ll source potential candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks, while collaborating with hiring managers and teams across our locations.
In this role you'll
Act as a strategic full-cycle Talent Partner for your stakeholder group
Influence the overall talent acquisition process and provide expertise and insights
Utilize analytics to empower managers and department leads to stick to hiring timelines
Develop insightful talent mapping for key roles
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of our processes and drive operational improvements
Promote employer branding initiatives including job postings on social media, hosting or participating in career events and meetups
Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
What you’ll need
4+ years of recruiting experience (with a recent in-house recruitment background)
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborating cross-functionally and globally
Adept at developing recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of senior talent
Firm grasp of recruiting metrics and KPIs, and the ability to implement them to drive decision-making
Experience working in a high-performance environment in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
