Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
- Managing job postings on various job portals and evaluating candidate applications
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to drive business growth and achieve recruitment goals
