Job Summary
As a Data Analyst on our End-to-End Transportation Optimization team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and maintain data-driven models, dashboards, and reports that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise will be critical in helping us optimize our delivery network, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data-driven models, dashboards, and reports that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data quality and integrity processes to ensure accurate and reliable data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
- Develop driver analysis for critical reasons behind late deliveries
- Identify differences in performance between stores and markets

* Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that show the results of your investigations
- Collaborating with colleagues to gather the right data from different sources to support key investigations
- Leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
