Job Responsibilities:

As a Care Specialist – Customer Support (Hybrid), you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting family interviews to assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements
  • Providing education and guidance related to the caregiving industry and best practices
  • Composing and publishing job posts on the employer's platform to attract qualified candidates
  • Screening and vetting care provider candidates through applications and interviews
  • Collaborating with Care Specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive range of service offerings

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's Degree required

  • 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services or child care field
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
