What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Incoming Calls: Provide exceptional customer service to agents and carriers in a high call volume environment, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Maintaining Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of clients' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Documenting Customer Information: Accurately document customer information and communications in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
