[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR) - Salary + Commission

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Loan Store (TLS) is a fast-growing wholesale mortgage lender that partners with loan officers and mortgage brokers nationwide. In this role, you will connect with mortgage loan officers, build relationships, and drive business growth through high-volume outreach and support for partners.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners
• Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts
• Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions
• Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance
• Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production
• Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with
