Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Language Support for arenaflex

Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
- Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Documenting all conversations with clients into our client information database
- Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
- Resolving customer complaints and deescalating situations in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- A wired internet connection using an ethernet port
- A quiet workspace that is free from distraction
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting wage: $16.00/hour
- Weekly paychecks
- PTO, 401k, and a full benefits package available after 30 days of employment

This role requires:
