Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of our products. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Secure all trailing documents from customers and maintain accurate records
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
  • Take premium payments from customers and verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
  • Return all phone messages promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks
  • Proficiency in using technology, including eAgent and other software applications
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A California residence, with a valid driver's license (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with eAgent or other customer relationship management systems
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
