Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team of data-driven professionals. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving strategic decisions that propel our business forward. With a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and data science, you'll work closely with our marketing, finance, and product teams to drive business outcomes and inform key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:

• Developing and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive strategic decisions
• Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes and reduce costs
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
• Developing and maintaining SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database views to support data analysis and reporting
• Collaborating with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with database design, data modeling, and query optimization
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Experience with data engineering tools, such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or AWS Glue
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with data governance and data quality tools, such as Apache NiFi or Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
