Financial Services Representative - Sunnyvale, CA
Fidelity Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative who will focus on customer support and career development. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and transactions while obtaining necessary financial licenses through a structured training program.
Responsibilities
- Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center to support customers with increasing complexity
- Discover Success: Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and build advanced skills
