Job Summary

As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments with customers, and providing exceptional customer support. You'll work closely with our on-call technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. This role requires a high level of organization, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the on-call technician team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Perform miscellaneous office duties as needed

Requirements

* Customer service experience

  • Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and services
  • Experience with scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
