Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely and precise data entry for claims and application processing to facilitate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing arenaflex database software to enter customer and account data into appropriate fields, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Identifying and rectifying discrepancies through established quality control methods, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any issues related to data acceptance in the system, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Maintaining a detailed daily production log to document all work performed, providing valuable insights and metrics for process improvement.
