Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately processing data, maintaining files, and keeping records up-to-date. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, file organization, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain valuable experience and skills in data entry, while working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process incoming orders and returns: Accurately process and update customer orders and returns in our systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry: Organize and prepare documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems: Review and enter data updates in our systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review discrepancies in data received: Identify and resolve discrepancies in data received, ensuring that all information is accurate and consistent.
  • Organize monthly sales reporting: Prepare and organize monthly sales reports, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Perform all other office tasks: Assist with other office tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields: A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
  • Excellent typing skills: A minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented: A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools: A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis.

  • High school or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of basic math and computer skills.

Job Type

This is a full-time, remote position, with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits

* Hourly rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
