Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will challenge and engage you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: You will be responsible for inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Verification and Analysis: You will review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure that it meets arenaflex's high standards.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: You will research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Report Generation and Storage: You will generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure that all data is secure and easily accessible.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: You will scan documents and print files when needed, using your knowledge of database management tools to ensure that all documents are accurately stored and retrieved.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Some of the key requirements for this position include:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: You should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: You should have excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management.
  • Basic Knowledge of Touch Typing System and Database Management Tools: You should have a basic understanding of touch typing and database management tools, including data entry software and database management systems.
  • Ability to Enter Data Quickly and Accurately: You should be able to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to Think Analytically: You should be able to think analytically, using your knowledge of data program techniques and procedures to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Experience Working on a Data Entry Clerk Position: While experience working on a data entry clerk position is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for talented individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
