Job Summary
As a Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the heartbeat of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and dispatching our plumbers in the La Habra, CA area. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive wage of $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement, incentives, and continued training.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls to schedule or reschedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Build strong relationships with our customers and provide prompt, convenient service
- Assign jobs to the right technicians to maximize their time and mileage
- Provide accurate documentation and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with our office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
Requirements
* One year of experience in a customer service or dispatch role, preferably in the plumbing industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
