Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
  • Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy

Skills

  • Ability to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks
  • Strong memory for details and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Critical thinking skills to solve problems
  • Experience in customer service roles, such as in a restaurant, school, or retail store
  • Clear communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic

Benefits
