Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams efficiently.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and communicate regularly with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
