Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with our operations teams to ensure that our business metrics are met, and you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and analyze real-time data to identify trends and insights that impact business KPIs

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that business metrics are met, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to drive business results
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce waste
• Mentor and develop fellow team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and software (e.g. Power BI, QlikView)
• Experience mentoring and developing team members
