Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex Centurion Lounge, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey
• Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and driving customer satisfaction
• Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, always putting their needs first
• Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to each customer's preferences and interests
• Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping customers plan their next adventure
• Accommodating the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a memorable experience

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex Centurion Lounge, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
• A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, always looking for ways to exceed their expectations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
• The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, building trust and rapport
• Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, even in challenging situations
• The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, working together to deliver exceptional service
• Quick and effective decision-making in unanticipated situations, staying calm under pressure
• Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a customer environment, finding solutions to complex problems
• The ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
• Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities
