• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 6 months of employment), OR

Your Role

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using your preferred modalities
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation in our EHR
• Engage in consultation, mentoring (optional), and professional development
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a trauma-informed environment

What We Offer

• Pay: $50,000–$80,000/year (based on caseload)
• Flexible Hours: 15–40/week—set your own schedule

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Full independent license in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care and collaborative practice
