About the Role
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be a crucial partner to your clients, providing administrative support, project management, and other essential services. You'll have the flexibility to choose your clients and set your own hours, allowing you to achieve a fulfilling work-life balance.
Responsibilities
* Manage appointments, calendars, and emails for your clients
- Collaborate on projects, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and manage social media accounts
- Research technologies and provide recommendations to clients
- Update and maintain client databases
- Arrange travel and coordinate events as needed
- Provide support with personal tasks as required by clients

- Availability: Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week
- Experience: Experience in an administrative support role

+ In-home office with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam), minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb RAM, and the latest MS Office installed + Fast and reliable internet connection + Smartphone with email capabilities + Designated professional, quiet workspace
