Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers in making reservations and changes to existing flights
- Providing detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services
- Resolving customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
- Collaborating with team members to share insights and improve service processes
- Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
