Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, clarify information, and provide accurate and helpful responses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming chat requests and emails in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
