Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Product Development and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to drive business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making. You'll be responsible for defining, owning, and refining product success metrics, collaborating with product management, UX, and design teams to develop a comprehensive metric structure, and applying technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, own, and refine product success metrics in collaboration with product management, UX, and design teams

• Work with product management, UX, and design teams to develop a comprehensive metric structure that connects to business objectives
• Report, track, and explain key metrics and make recommendations to improve them
• Identify critical product functionalities and evaluate their business impact
• Collaborate with design teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-critical customer journeys
• Work with product, design, and cross-functional teams to influence, focus, and support product strategy
• Apply technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions
• Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
