Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions with customers.
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing customer needs and situations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or online environment.
