Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat: You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients' customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Answer inquiries about product details, pricing, and availability: You'll be the go-to person for customers looking for information about our clients' products and services. - Collaborate with internal teams: You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. - Perform accurate data entry across multiple platforms: You'll be responsible for accurately entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that our clients' customer information is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications

To be successful as a remote Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll need: - To be at least 18 years old: We're looking for motivated professionals who are at least 18 years old and ready to take on a new challenge. - To pass a skill assessment and background check: We're committed to ensuring that our agents are qualified and trustworthy, so we'll be conducting a skill assessment and background check as part of the onboarding process. - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field: We're looking for agents with experience in customer service or a related field, who can provide excellent service to our clients' customers. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. - Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills: As a remote agent, you'll need to be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. - Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace: You'll need to have a reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet workspace to perform your duties. - Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment: You'll need a headset or headphones with a microphone attachment to communicate with customers via phone.

Note

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and onboarding will guide you through the role. Approval for the role is contingent upon passing the skill assessment and background check. Once approved, you'll choose a client, undergo their specific training, and start earning on a flexible schedule you design. We're here Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm CT, for any assistance you need.
