SAP System Administrator
A global biomanufacturing organization undergoing an SAP implementation is seeking an SAP System Administrator to support its finance and operations teams. This role will focus on system administration, report development, and data management within SAP to support internal stakeholders during and after the implementation being led by a Big 4 consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP reports, tables, and data extracts to support finance and operational reporting
- Provide SAP system administration support, including configuration assistance and user support
- Partner with the Controller and finance team to translate reporting and data requirements into SAP solutions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across SAP modules and reporting structures
- Collaborate with the external implementation partner to support system optimization and ongoing improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues and support users with reporting and data needs.
Qualifications
- Experience administering SAP environments and supporting business users.
- Ability to build reports, manage tables, and extract data within SAP.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and data structures within ERP systems.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations or post-implementation environments preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance and IT teams.
