Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Digital Engagement and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer registrations and website orders in our digital registration systems
  • Providing support for customer questions and needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
  • Assisting with data entry and record management in Salesforce, ensuring contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate
  • Engaging with customers and clientele daily, creating a welcoming environment for all

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels

  • Process customer registrations and website orders in our digital registration systems
  • Provide support for customer questions and needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
  • Assist with data entry and record management in Salesforce
  • Ensure contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate
  • Engage with customers and clientele daily, creating a welcoming environment for all

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Basic understanding of computers and software applications
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of digital registration systems and website ordering processes
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
