Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you'll be responsible for: - Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective arenaflex customers - Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary - Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet customer needs - Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service - Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
Qualifications and Skill Sets
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - Dedication to providing a positive customer experience - Clear and professional communication over the phone - Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once - Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications - Accountability and reliability
Requirements
- Property/Casualty Insurance License required - High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus! - 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required - Demonstrated job stability and attendance records - Remote working experience a plus - Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills - US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education - Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays - Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office/2 days at home) or 100% work from home - Annual Performance Bonus Potential - Competitive benefit programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance options, 401(k) with employer match contributions, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, corporate holidays, and floating holidays
