Why This Role Matters

Within arenaflex’s HR Shared Services team, the Remote Customer Support Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for all HR‑related inquiries. This role bridges the gap between employees and the HR organization, ensuring that data integrity, process efficiency, and employee satisfaction are maintained at the highest standards. You will partner with local and regional talent teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact the employee experience across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy & Governance: Maintain the precision of employee records by overseeing employee structures, data flows, and HR processes within the arenaflex HCM platform.
  • End‑to‑End Transaction Support: Facilitate seamless onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding activities, ensuring each step is executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • Process Innovation: Research, prototype, and implement new tools and methodologies that streamline, optimize, and automate HR workflows across the Talent organization.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Create, edit, and maintain a comprehensive HR knowledge base that empowers employees to resolve routine questions independently.
  • System Audits & Testing: Conduct regular audits and functional testing of the arenaflex HCM system to verify data integrity, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ticket Resolution: Manage inbound HR inquiries via the arenaflex ticketing system, delivering timely, accurate, and courteous resolutions while maintaining detailed case documentation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to address complex employee issues and drive holistic solutions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and insights that help leadership monitor HR service performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise with the arenaflex HCM tool (formerly known as Workday) including configuration, data loads, and reporting.
  • Proven experience executing large‑scale data uploads (EIB or equivalent) with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong project management, communication, and customer‑service skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills, applying sound judgment and structured methodologies to resolve complex issues.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or HR Generalist is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the arenaflex ticketing system (formerly Zendesk) for case management is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Experience

  • Certification in arenaflex HCM (e.g., arenaflex HCM Core or Advanced) or related HRIS credentials.
  • Experience supporting a global, remote workforce with diverse cultural and regulatory considerations.
  • Background in process automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for employee data protection.
  • Demonstrated ability to author clear, user‑friendly documentation and training materials.
