  • Lead comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover deep customer needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
  • Synthesize research findings into strategic design principles, user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints that guide product development.
  • Partner with analytics teams to leverage behavioral data, A/B testing results, and funnel metrics for continuous design optimization.

Design Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee the creation of high‑fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs using industry‑standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Implement lean design processes and rapid iteration cycles to accelerate time‑to‑market while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
  • Ensure design deliverables are production‑ready, providing clear specifications for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementation.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of UX designers, researchers, and design leads, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Establish clear performance metrics, career pathways, and professional development plans for each team member.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions that encourage innovative thinking and shared ownership.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Prioritize design initiatives, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure on‑schedule delivery of high‑impact projects.
  • Act as the primary design advocate in executive steering committees, presenting strategic recommendations and ROI analyses.
  • Balance competing priorities, negotiate trade‑offs, and maintain alignment with business goals and technical constraints.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Tool Proficiency: Expert‑level skill with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, UXPin, and other modern design platforms.
  • Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and articulating complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
