Human Resources Coordinator

Article Student Living is hiring an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator will manage operational and complex HR processes, ensuring accurate processes, regulatory compliance, and positive employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Be a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing support and escalating complex issues to HR leadership
  • Administer HRIS, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees
  • Support employee benefits administration and partner with external providers to resolve inquiries
  • Maintain HR documentation, intranet content, and compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, OSHA)
  • Develop and deliver resources and guidance for managers to support HR practices
  • Contribute to HR projects, training programs, and employee engagement programs Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 1 year of HR or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing confidential information Benefits
