Your primary mission is to verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals accurately and compassionately, while also handling routine inquiries and data updates. You will operate under a structured onboarding plan, receiving close supervision during the first 30 days to ensure you master our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming alarm signals 24/7 and promptly verify the nature of each alert.
  • Dispatch verified emergencies to the appropriate police, fire, or medical agencies with precise information.
