[Remote] Director of Inside Sales (Term Life Insurance)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Questpro is currently seeking candidates for two Director of Inside Sales openings with a focus on Term Life Insurance and Final Expense markets. These roles will lead sales teams and are designed to drive sales growth, manage staffing and performance analytics, while developing future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Manager(s) that have teams of licensed agents under them
  • Own the strategy and drive the engine of the companies largest sales organization
  • Grow and expand sales
  • Responsible for staffing, forecasting and projections, performance analytics and KPIs that drive sales growth
  • Work with HR to develop best in class compensation plans designed to grow sales
  • Create and constantly experiment and improve the playbooks, sales process and procedure
  • Add top talent to the team
  • Develop future leaders

Skills

  • 8-10+ years experience leading high performing Life Insurance Sales teams
  • Inside sales experience is best (Direct to Consumer, Call Center, InsurTech)
  • Deep Term Life Insurance knowledge for Term team
  • Deep Final Expense Life Insurance knowledge for the Final Expense team
  • Proven sales management and team management experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, aggressive growth sales culture
  • Experience developing Agent compensation plans
  • Strong experience with Data and Analytics to drive decision making
  • Strong experience with KPI and performance metrics/analytics
  • Experience as a team builder, talent development
  • Ability to work well with other areas such as Marketing, Operations, HR and Product
  • Comfortable working in a technology focused and data driven environment
