LMHC/LCSW Therapist/Social Worker - Remote | WFH
Join our team in a role dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical services and consultations while ensuring meticulous documentation. You'll engage in various facility and program duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities... Conducting intake interviews where applicable Performing comprehensive assessments Crafting effective treatment plans Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions Coordinating cases and services Providing crisis intervention when necessary Obtaining authorizations from third parties Maintaining accurate electronic medical records and progress notes Ensuring precise billing documentation Conducting risk assessments Adhering to policies, procedures, and ethical/legal standards Demonstrating proficiency in computer usage Collaborating effectively within a team Prioritizing consumer satisfaction Engaging in cooperative work with supervisors and peers Offering input to aid in program development Participating in clinical supervision if applicable Securing clinical licensure if applicable
Requirements
Must be eligible for licensure Therapist II or III: MA/MS degree ($19.15 - $24.90 hourly) Therapist III: MA/MS/MSW with 1 year experience and valid LMFT, LCAC, or LMHC ($24.06 - $31.28 hourly) Social Worker: MSW with 2 years experience and valid LCSW ($25.73 - $33.45 hourly) Psychologist: PhD/PsyD with 1 year completed psychology internship, licensed or eligible in Indiana ($25.73 - $33.45 hourly) Job Details Full-time, Exempt position Hybrid/Remote work schedule over a 4-day week (Days & Evenings)
