Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of AI implementation projects for enterprise clients across Europe. This role is focused on ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with agreed objectives. The successful candidate will act as the key link between clients and internal technical teams, coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder expectations, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth delivery from project kickoff through to go-live. This position is ideal for an organised and proactive professional with experience managing software, SaaS, or technology implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of client implementation projects from kickoff through to deployment and go-live. Define project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria. Coordinate activities between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment throughout the project. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure key deliverables are achieved. Identify potential risks, issues, and blockers early, escalating where necessary and driving resolution. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting notes, and handover materials. Ensure project scope, expectations, and commitments are clearly documented and managed. Support smooth handovers between commercial and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood before implementation begins. Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, ideally within a SaaS, software delivery, technology, or implementation environment. Experience managing structured projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise updates for different audiences. Proactive and detail-oriented approach with strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced or challenging situations. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages will be considered an advantage. Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar are considered beneficial but are not mandatory. What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered on time and milestones are achieved. Clients remain informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout the implementation process. Risks and issues are identified early and managed effectively. Handoffs between commercial, technical, and delivery teams are clear and well documented. Strong collaboration is maintained between clients and internal stakeholders.
